1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
• Items marked as Final Sale, Gift Cards, or Personalized Products are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

1. Contact our customer support at support@luxbuy.net with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to our return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 30 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
